Thanks.  The button with the wire must have been part of some display, so I just hung it from the ceiling.

Leonard,

Great clocks and I like that cup sign.  Thanks for sharing. You have more packed away?  I love to see the photos, so I am going to add a link for today's show and tell.

Hi,Dan
Thank's !!! You have some really GREAT items !! Looks like there all MINT !! And you have them displayed nice .I only wish I had the room . Just today I was showing a friend the Glascock coolers And opened up the Junior modle and found 4 of my 50s round coke thermometers & 1 Sprite round thermometer . I did not even remember they were in there ??
Guess I have some-timers even worse then i thought  ':p' If you give your e-mail I can try to send you more pic.

Leonard,

Sent you an email using the link in your profile.  Thanks for the comments.  I have a glascock too that wasn't in the photos.  I need to update those.  I think at one time someone took a few inches out of the legs to shorten the cooler.  You can see where it is welded in the middle of the legs.

It works !! But it's missing locking bar & slug rej or coin mech. Have tryed to find them everywear with no luck '<img'>

Hello Ltransam, Cavalier 27
The slug rejector is the same as the ones used on a VMC 33, V39, etc. You will also need a electric krem, this is to return coins when the machine is empty of bottles. Try calling Steve Jebb from the Soda jerk works, he is an expert on these C27's. He could possibly help you out with the locking bar as well. I restored one of these last year, take a good look at the cork seal (inside bottom seal) these are not reproduced. This seal holds up the inside cooling system. This is very tricky to hold back up and seal. There is a plate on the bottom side with 6 bolts as you tightened these bolts you will find that if you do not get a good solid seal it will pull the inside cooling system out of the machine. Good luck with this. The six bolts on the bottom plate are easy to break the anchored nuts loose as well. So be careful. Terry
