Hi, new to the forum.  I have always liked anything mechanical, really like this site.  Attatched are some photos (I hope) of a VMC machine.  I have been searching around and comparing machines. I think it is a VMC33-3D?  The drum is made to hold the extra bottles in the middle.  The door is one piece.  Is the aluminum top trim cover with the plastic pepsi logo something added on to compete with later square machines? or is this a different model all together?  I remember when I put this in the open pole barn 30 years ago that there was a metal tag on the side with the model information that pulled off when it hung on the dolly.....I placed it somewhere for safe keeping.....

You have done your homework Debra. Yes it is a 33 D and yes the Pepsi company disguised the Coke logo with their plastic

It looks like a 33-3D door on a 33 or 27A Split Door body. It looks like the coin door sticks out a bit.
