Does the evaporator fan run all the time  on a Vendo 81 like it does on a vendo 44. or does the Vendo 81 shut off and on like a refrigerator Thanks Again

All Evap' fans on old machines run 24/7 unless there is a door-switch (like on a V39, Glasco slider or Lacrosse machines.) that kill the fan when the loading door is open,  too
