CAN A VENDO 80 DISPENSE CANS??WHERE THEY ADJUSTABLE FOR BIGGER BOTTLES?? ':cool:'

The Book, Jeff Walters 3rd edtion. says that " with some tinkering they are able to vend cans" but they where "designed for 6-1/2 oz bottles." (refillables) which are about the same length as the non returnable 8 oz. Coke bottles today

The Vendo 80 makes an excellent can machine. First the rubber rollers below the rack must be reduced in diameter by at least 1/8"
       I didn't want to take mine off so I tunned the whole rack upside down on the floor and used a 5" dia. sanding disc. With the disc spinning it turns the roller and removes the rubber.
       While the whole process is somewhat more than "a little tinkering" the machine becomes a lot more usefull, and it still vends the small bottles as before.
