I picked this up last week.  I wasn't really sure what I was looking at till I got it home and saw what was going on.
As you can see from the pics, it is missing the light kit and lower cover. 

I know it is a long shot, but does anyone have the parts I may need to complete this?

I can't be much help for original parts but could you just purchase a standard light ballast, wire it AC Power with like 16 gauge lamp wire?

The light and ballast is no big deal.  It is the lower cover that is going to be the hard part.

Any decent sheet metal shop could fabricate the bottom plate.  Would be nice to see photos of an original opened up for reference...

Are you sure there even is a lower corner? May have come that way to run the wires out from unit or as a attachment to counter/ cash register..
