I've been doing some shopping for parts for my CS-72 and have come across water release decals and vinyl decals.  Was wondering if anyone had recommendations on which were better and why.

Thanks!!

My preference is the vinyl decals because they don't have a clear area that surrounds each letter... I'm not sure if that is a good explaination...

Vinyl letters are clean and individually cut whereas water decals are on big rectangle that over time begins to show the clear areas of the decal.  For this reason, I like the vinyl since it's always a clean look, even years later!

My six cents,

Here is one more reason for vinyl . it is more durable
then the water release one's . It's like the model car or model planes when it was time to put the decals on you had to be carefull  not to tear them.

Vinyl is the way to go.

I had to transport a restored machine in the rain, one time.
The water release decals did just that,     came off!!!!!!!
