One watchout... I was watching that machine, the seller indicates that when they did have it plugged in it only vended from the top shelf.  Not sure if it indicates a wiring issue, or something serious...

It is a simple machine to fix. BUt it is the late model cavalier USS-64. You can tell by the coin bezel and the inside door handle. So the machine was actually made in the late 70's to early 80's.
