Added Vendo to Restored Service Station

Finally got around to adding a coke machine to my restored station.   Fits in well.  Station is on its own triangle city block and the building itself is a triangle.  Station was built in 1935 so I may put my Icy-O inside, be about the right age.

Its in Snyder, Texas, West Texas, where I grew up.  Filled up there many times.  City had it on the list to demolish, so I bought it, restored it and use it for my restoration office.  In process of getting a historical marker.  Been lots of fun.

Not so fast on the fill-up....That's $29 a gallon for the old-timie service and gas out of an antique pump....But a fill-up does come with a free black & white 8x10 photo....LOL

I bet more than a few old hotrods have pulled in there for a nice photo shoot....?

Snyder is not that big bonovox. Hard to sneeze in Snyder without someone knowing.
lynful, I think I know exactly where you are too! I grew up in Big D and had a friend with a farm in Snyder. My first experience with a "party line" telephone was in Snyder.
