Miller Parking Meter resources?

Hi everyone,
I picked up this Miller model 45b parking meter at Chicago.  It is complete as far as I can tell and in working order (12 minutes for a penny, 60 for a nickle)

Can anyone point me toward a good online reference for this meter?  My Google-fu seems to be failing me.  I can find plenty on Duncan-Miller model 50-60 meters, but this one pre-dates the purchase by Duncan.   I believe this is a late 30's meter, would love to find a schematic and/or service manual and a source for replacement parts if available.

My plan is to media blast it and then either paint or powder coat it, and put it on a pipe stand in the garage.

From the picture Jim it looks to me like it slept in bed next to you in the hotel room.  I know you were hunting for one. Glad you found one.
