if none of the even numbers will play,   make sure the contacts are  clean ( the 1400 has 2 sets of contacts per side .
I am thinking more like a broken connection, or bad contact point   if haf your selections don't register

Wow and a Vogue picture record... those can be worth some $$$! I would frame those above the juke... those are works of art themselves.
Nice jukebox...

Thank you for the response Kilroy.  May be I did not state the problem well enough.  All the selections register fine.
It will search, choose the correct record, the tray comes out, turntable will bring up record to play. Arm will come over to to play record.  Only the turntable will not turn on/ rotate on the bottom song of the record or the even selections.  But on the top songs or odd selections turns on/ rotates and plays fine.

Looks good!

With all that you did to it, I was waiting to read that you installed a Flux Capacitor!

I finally figured out that darn turntable problem!  happydrinkers
After INTENSE studying of the wire schematics and a lot of multi-meter Ohms probing I found a reversing switch located on the rear selector wheel assembly.
Now when the top side of the record (Or Odd Number selection) is chosen, a small tab cycles through and turns this switch on which turns on the turntable motor and spins it CLOCKWISE.---- NOW I found out power also runs though this same switch when the Bottom side of the record (or Even number selection)
is chosen too, its just that the tab does not turn the switch ON so power is routed to the opposite side of the turntable motor, and spins it COUNTER CLOCKWISE
After taking apart the switch and testing it, it was fine. Both coils on the Turntable motors ohm out good too. SOOOO the wire probing started, and I found the broken power wire from the harness to the switch!  Replaced and Works great on all 48 selections now!!  Now just finishing the fine tune adjustments!! which are about 20 of them.  hopefull  Amazing technology to behold how everything cycles in harmony!!!

Glad you found the issue.
Dinking about with some of my stuff and finding hidden by good insulation looking broken wires are first suspects.
Bad connections second. Coils and relays can tell when they are toast for the most part.

A good multi-meter and knowing how to use it will sort out how to fix a ton of problems.

YouTube of that juke in action?
Thanks.

Thanks Creighton!  Will definitely put up a YouTube soon on the mechanicals. Now the fun cosmetic stuff can be started. I am thrilled to death that my 12yr old has taken an interest in this project, and has been helping!!

I would imagine by the time Im done with the two pinballs I will be pretty versed with relays!!!   biggrin
