So surprisingly I just talked to the guy and I got him down to $3500? What you guys think? Should I just wait to find another? To me at least, seeing these for sale is rare.

The cabinet looks good, the plastics are repopped, the trim all looks to be there. Check to see if the coin mech is there, purists will spend big $$$  when they do show up on Ebay. To me, if it is missing isn't a deal breaker.

Keep in mind you won't find music recorded  after 1959 on a 78 ( yeah, there are exceptions, but also $$$), 

If it were near me, I'd pull the trigger.
