Cooling-what have i done?

I am dying here, can anyone help me?  Obviously my '69 Westinghouse Coke machine is the hit of my gameroom.  I had two events happen within minures of each other and now have no cold!   My electricity went out twice very quickly.  Then, while trying to fix a wall, I pushed the machine out of the way.  Now I have no cooling.  What could I have done?'> and, even more importantly, how can I fix it?  

The compressor comes on but doesn't blow cold.  I have tried to crank up the thermostat but that won't cause the compressor to come on any quicker.  This has been a great machine and I am depending on it for an upcoming birthday party.  Can anyone help?

Try unplugging the machine for a few minutes and plug it back in.  The quick outages might have tripped something.

Well go through an orginized check list

you've obviously have power to the machine, so it's not a busted wire or plug. here's some basics...

make sure the compressors really running & you're not just hearing the condensor fan, carefully place your hand on the compressor & confirm it's actually running, watch it though! it might be quite warm to somewhat hot to the touch! (use a glove) if it's running, make sure you didn't crush a refrigerant line, (I assume you just pushed it out of the way & didn't knock it over, or use a tackle shove to move it)

next open up the door & make sure your evaporator's fan is blowing air across the evaporator coils, look at the coils & see if they are frosting up, put a finger on them & see if they're getting cold, again check the fan , if it's not blowing air across the coils, you aint cooling nothing,  & go from there... '>

Ok guys, picture this:  There I am all but standing on my head with my biggest and best body feature sticking straight up in the air looking into the guts of the machine.  My husband comes in saying that the guy that he found that "might" be able to fix the Westinghouse can't come to take a look at it for a while.  

I announce that I have isolated the problem and am just minutes from a fix!

johnieG was correct.  Don't know why we didn't see it yesterday: the evaporator fan was not working.  Took it out, fixed it, put it back in and now have happy fingers flying across the keyboard.

I'm here now and VERY cool thanks to this board.  You won't be able to get rid of me.  Am currently restoring a big ball bowler but when I am finished with that I am going to be scouting for an older coke machine to work on!

How did you fix the fan motor?  If you just gave the blades a spin to get it turning again then you will have the problem reoccur. I would recommend installing two new fan motors. One each in the upper & lower compartments.  You can buy these fan motors at your local AC supply store for around $20 ea. It would be worth the effort to clean the coils while replacing the fan motors.
