Title: Crank handle stuck - help!
Post by: Kaleid20 on June 22, 2012, 03:26:43 pm
Ok, so drilled out the lock on my DP Selectivend 48. However, the crank handle will not move into place for me to open the door. Any suggestions?

Crank it backwards Counter clockwise  .

I had tried that before, but didnt push hard since I was afraid maybe the dispensing mechanism may be hung up. (never messed with these Selectivend machines) But just went back out and really put some strong effort in and it popped back in to place. Thanks

Any ideas what this electric line (white cable) was for? Its been cut away from being attached to the door. Cant see what possibly needed an electrical charge in the door.

Hit it hard top and to the left.  Sometimes you really need to work those cranks.  This has worked for me every time.
