It has the "National" Script logo as well as the "Cigarettes" script inside along the top...
Perhaps, it was not a cigarette vendor originally...
I searched for another one similar to no avail, so if anyone has some insight, I greatly appreciate any direction to info!

Can't say that I have seen one. Almost looks more like a jukebox than a cigarette vendor Smiley
