I loaded cans in my machine but they keep getting hungup in the drop racks. I just noticed that the racks have adjustable back panels that I moved all the way forward to tighten up the cans but i must not be loading the cans right or will it just not take cans? On the front it has a desired bottle location diagram but nothing about cans. Why would the racks have adjustable panels if it wont take cans.     '<img'>

Although I'm not 100% sure about your particular machine, you should load the cans in the verticle stacks as shown below, this will help prevent them from jamming, and evne though some machines have adjustable back-panels, they won't necessarily vend cans, the racks are adjustable only for 6/8, & 10/12 oz. bottles ( lengthwise). Best to open the main door, hold in the sold-out lever and have someone drop in coins. You should be able to see the can being dropped and why it is getting stuck.
Bottles drop much easier than cans, I think it's because of weight distribution.
