Wow there are some nice, rare items in there... Watched the slide show in the description... Shame there are a lot of printed pieces
that aren't properly protected... some great sign and calendars that the sun is ruining... But everything from flea market stuff
to some rare trays and signs. Be neat to walk through.

I don't see it. I have seen a lot of these type collections that they call it collectibles and I call it flea market specials. Look at all those signs and repop items and you realize how hard it is to find good pieces any more.

Probably a Coke Club member and bought anything Coke.. He does have a lot of nice pieces in there
That would be a 2 ring, all day auction.... a lot of newer stuff and damaged stuff to wade through...
But there are some gems in there. 7000 square feet wow..

I myself don't see $600K there. Granted, just as everyone else said, there are some good pieces there but most are just trinkets that someone puts "Coca-Cola" on and expects it to triple the value. I recently went to a gentlemans house that had just about the same amount and stuff that this listing had and I walked away empty handed because alot of it was not worth much and he thought that it was because it was Coke memorabilia. He had some good items but even those were out of this world prices. My buddy did pick up a Cavalier 72 that he had on the front porch of one building for $75 but no key and severe rust. He did make some $$ from it after he got inside and sold the parts.
