I have a guy in my area that is selling an antique GE coke machine that was refinished. Problem is I have never heard of such a model. Can anyone shed some light here? He is asking $550.

What he has is an old GE Fridge painted up in Coke Colors and some decals and a Gas pump Globe on top.  Although it may be nice looking and "restored" it is not an original Coke vending Machine, or any other brand for that fact.  If your looking for an authentic Pop machine, pass on this one and buy a real one. $550 is still too high for this cooler regardless of what color it's painted..
Hope this helps.

John,is so right on this pass on this run away from it.
as far as a machine   a great little starter machine
is a Vendo 63 or a Cavalier 64  there are part available
here there are member that have parts or the great vendors
that are out there or there is Ebay  and if you get tired of it
it should sell for you pay for it.

Thanks for the fast reply. I did not think it was an actual machine. Thought maybe I hit on something rare. LOL I do have a very nice late 50's Vendo 63 (red front) in my kitchen and was hoping to add another slim machine to the mix.

Wife is out about to throw me out of the house. Just came back from Japan and added another dozen Coke bottles to the top of the cabinets. I think there are 300 up there now. So I have to go with a slimmer model. LOL
