Title: Square top restorations
Post by: on June 24, 2002, 12:33:04 am
I have a Vendorlator model VF56D SAP machine and was wondering if it would be better to just clean it up and maintain it or try a complete restoration? It is an all blue pepsi machine with the" Be sociable have a Pepsi" slogan painted on the sides. It works perfectly, but has some rust.
I would hate to repaint and find it was worth more before. Any help would be great!

Got a picture of the machine and the sections that are rusty?
I just sold a Pespsi VF56 "be sociable" machine this past Sunday! It was rubbed out & waxed (original paint) & all the galvanizing/shelves were cleaned up (with steelwool & metal-prep) hope it's not rotted out or has belt-line rust-out ???

You know any machine is worth bring back to live , A full blowin restore job or  just a minor job to make it look good just to use. they are all worth it . These machine are part of
a history with out them we would not be here at this sit.

Or you can sell it the way it sets.
I've been looking for something  like that , A small  sq. top
machine that need work.
