Could be a Super-Serve 800 from the early 70's...  As for a value, well, first these units are problematic to get operational and with this said, do not command a real value at this time... Does have a self-contained refrigeration unit so that needs to function properly before you even consider the purchase!

The round taps go to the older dispensers those are worth around $50 each.
