I agree, I wouldn't go much higher than 250, since the rack is missing. The rack itself usually runs around $150-200.

If it were embossed and with the rack, 250, I'd offer $175 for a generic rackless machine

It appears to be an embossed 7up underneath the bigger logo if you look at the picture closely.  Not a bad little machine!  Does it cool?
