Title: Cornelius Squaretop
Post by: Skeleton Man on October 19, 2006, 08:40:53 pm
Hi guys,

Thought I'd try and put some value on my cornelius squaretop now I have it all running.

This machine is 100% complete apart from a can opener, and is now cooling perfectly (compressor cycles between 3 and 10C (37 - 50F).

I have replaced the following:

1) Starter and tube for the sign
2) Jones socket
3) Coin mech
4) Lights
5) Relay

I overpaid when I bought it..  $100 for a machine that didn't vend, cool, or light up..   I spent the past 18 months fixing everything bit by bit...

The model number is: 50-0842 and the dimensions are as follows:

Depth: 2'0"
Width: 2'2"
Height: 4'6" (4'8" if you include the leg levellers)

It has 4 selections, and all columns vend perfectly. I have no idea of the exact capacity, but I would estimate it to be around 65 cans.

The machine is 99% rust free..  you might find a few spots of surface rust on bottom of the liner but certainly no holes anywhere and no beltline rust.

If there's anything else I can clarify, please let me know.

Chris

More pics..  the relay box (with all the wires) didn't have a cover when I bought the machine, and that little black thing near the socket is an inventory counter.
