Hey John or Larry,

Any suggestions for a replacement switch for the switch with the wire that has the wire activated by the 6-32 on the main cam...?

I bought a lever switch that is a close replacement; however, it utilizes a blade for switching.  I shortened the blade, soldered the wire from the old switch onto the blade but it has broken where it was soldered leading me to think this may occur again because the wire maybe hardened spring steel and I weakened it...

Everything else seems to cycling correctly...  I'll need to figure something for a more permanent solution...

A little late to this conversation, but its likely vacuum-forming or thermoforming. The mold can be made out of plywood, composite, aluminum or lots of other things. It could be worth 3d printing the mold and then having a vacuum former blast 3-5 off for a reasonable fee.

The money is the mold, the plastic isn't all that much. The rest is a set-up fee in a job shop, or one of those homemade jobs.

I don't remember exactly what I did on mine but I think all I did was remove the wire and put it facing the other direction . I found some vintage nos switches on eBay .

Not attempting to hijack your Popperette Part-Out; just following up to inform that I received my new switch, soldered it in and I have the machine cycling properly ! ! !
