I understand this is an old machine and it won't be perfect, but I have pictures of before it shipped and none of this was like that.  Door was aligned, glass was intact, and coin unit worked (going by seller on this one).  added more pics.

I can see a slight sag in the before pic, but it does not appear to be as bad as the after pic.
The bottle door appears to be broken on the inner panel, which is not discernable in the 'Before Right' pic.
Isn't the inner panel on 81's originally plexi-glass?

On the coin mech...

I was able to go thru your instructions and was successful, well 1 out of 10.  the coins seem to stick at the very top at times.  I have noticed that it is very sticky around that area,  whats the best way to clean this?
