Title: 110 compressor wiring
Post by: cokecolaman on April 20, 2011, 07:25:30 pm
I have a diagram, but I have a hard time understanding them...the guy I purchased this 110 from bypassed the thermostat and got rid of the junction block and just hotwired this machine using some old white extension cord wire so it was cooling all the time...I want to try and re-wire it, but not sure where to start. Any help would be much appreciated. It looks like the condensor fan is wired into this area along with the white cord that I would think should plug into a junction block...is this wired correctly so far? Which wire is the hot and which is the neutral? Any other tips would be appreciated also. I'm going to purchase a new wiring kit, but I want to understand where everything goes first.

Thanks,
Ron
