Is this it?   If so... she's a big 'un!  165 cans and just shy of 500 lbs!

Ops, I stand corrected, that is not the machine. The selection buttons are oval and have the item selection all in the same button.
I'm trying to post a picture also, but it keeps telling me file size to big

I like the round buttons and the styling of that machine face.

Its my first machine, I figured $80 wasn't to bad. Would love to flip it and sell it and work my way up to a nicer machine. Seems like paperwork is hard to find for the old girl

I would say it is a "VF-165".  The FA probably denotes a variation of the cosmetics and some minor updates from the original VF-165.  Still a 165 can push-button vendor from VMC.  It is a neat looking beastie.  Does it have a can-opener?  If not, that may be one of the main differences between the original VF-165.  Yours may post-date the invention of the 'pop top'.

No can opener, just the pull tab slot. How would I date the machine?

Google search the slogan or look at the different logo changes over the years.  I'd say late 70s ...

Ser# 02-78-22
Mod# 08-56-007

Anyone ? Would their still be a service manual around?
