Hello.  I took of the door liner on my V-39 and found out that it didn't have any insulation in it.   All that was left were a few small scraps, none of which were good enough to help me figure out what type it was.  Is there a specific type that I should put in there?

thank you, Doug

Hey Doug,

I've found that regular house insulation works good for this type of application. For a V-39 door, R-19 should be just fine and it's easy to work with as far as cutting to fit in and around various parts. Paperless backing is the type I've used.

My six cents,

Thanks Jim.  I'll go to Home depot tonight and get some.  Hope I don't have to buy a whole roll.
