Restoring America...1 machine at a time!

« Reply #11 on: April 17, 2011, 06:28:03 am »

what a rip! Wish these people would make up their mind before listing an Item. Might still be worth it if you were close. 2hr drive and $4.00 a gallon for gas makes it another $100 for me plus interior parts of about $700. $1300 for an un-restored and incomplete generic machine is no bargain. I think he's also selling some cheap land in Florida too.

Hey guys! Sorry for the "no response" on this ad, but I have been battling  strep throat and a stomach virus for the past couple of days. I would have posted the web address when I posted the ad on here, but I'm technically challenged when it comes to computers. Glad someone else found it but sorry it didn't pan out for anybody. Never heard of anyone going up in price. Sounds like a scam. Still love this site and all the help that comes from it. Anyone know how to get in touch with "johnieG"? I posted a question about removing the inner liner of an airline cooler and someone said he could help? Thanks again!!
