How do you remove the almo belt in a C-51. I want to make sure I do it right. Do not want to mess it up. Then I would think you install it back the same way? Thanks,John

You remove the bottom two spindles and then lift it off the top sprocket.

There is a Cavalier 51 PDF manual available for download in the Downloads Section (Main Login page under User Menu).

I wish I could convince myself that a c-51 was a nice looking machine. I know someone that has a nice original.

I've owned two and the mechanics of it are different and kind of cool, but I don't want one to keep. One that I had sported chrome trim similar to the V-44 between the red/white. I think it was a "G" version - I've never seen another with factory chrome trim, but I think other members have seen some.
