Any idea what model this Dole dispenser is and what it is worth??  I don't really have any idea what I have here, but I liked it.  The tank and machine are in very good original condition. It is missing the sign on the back - i wonder if Funtronics or Soda Jerks have any originals.   Any comments are much appreciated.

Yep, I checked the site.  It is similar to the Dole Super, but with a different lever - some of the other models do not have any photos or info....

I looked at Racer x's web site ( where did he disapear to)   and it looks to be a Dole Deluxe

http://www.sonic.net/adcom/dispensers.html

I've lost out in bidding wars when the price went above $500, your mileage may vary.

Funtronics I think used to carry a repro medallion, authentic ones do show up on Ebay .

I like it,  even if you don't use it, it  has a cool factor of 10+ even displayed

Thanks,  It does appear to be a Deluxe...  I gave about half that amount  ($260) to be exact.  So I don't think I got hurt too bad.  It displays great and I'll find the back medallion sonewhere...Thanks again...

Yep! That's a Deluxe... I have one too.. got mine 3 years ago at a swap meet... I went early..
I mean EARLY I was using a flashlight when I came up on it... $175 I didn't even want to
haggle as a guy was right behind me and I know he'd have taken it at that price....
They uselually go for $500+ on eBay complete... so you did great!... I've seen medallions on eBay
before but wasn't there picture of Funtronics stock room that Curt posted with these sitting around... check with them... But one will show up! Heck you might be their FIRST new customer!....
Congrats on the dispenser! happydrinkers

Yep Dole deluxe... Great little display item, I too have one ... Occasionally parts machines show up , missing lids or badly rusted and most have the medallion, so might be able to pick it up that way as well.
Nice score! nice clean original!

I think you did very well...

I paid over $100.00 just for the stand a while ago... And had to wait an eternity for it to come up...

I have not had any luck finding the back medallion.... Nothing at Soda Jerk and the new funtronics won't be taking orders until Oct 6th.  I have heard that Steve kept his inventory, so i am doubting that the new owners would have an original.   I will keep an eye open, just thought i would ask others to do the same... Thanks !!!
