No, Its only decals. I didn't want to cut up the 81 or a cooler and mostly did not  want the "is it fake ?is it real? " thing later in its life. This way there is no question that it is a "Real Generic". LOL!
 Thanks,Johnny

Thanks for the kind words guys. I am proud of it myself. It does take alot of work to do one of these (as alot of you know). But It sure is satisfying when its all done. I have to say that doing this 81 was alot easier than the 7 up 110.
Yes Rod ,the decals worked out and look great. Do you know if they are laminated? Just wondering about waxing?
 Thanks,Johnny

YEah, I liked the fact that although it's a "fantasy" machine, he still kept the originality of the machine, in that he simply painted it, rather than chopped it up.  Decals are fine in my opnion, as it very well could of come off the line this way ;o)

That pic is my screen saver.... till my wife sees it and puts our kids back up lol

I want to do that wiath a square corner  machine. I wonder how one would go about getting a silkscreen light panel made in orange crush. I would prefer silkscreen to vinal it lets the light better thru.

It's so hard to find anything other than Coke. That machine would light up the room.

Great job!  I really like the fantasy generics and I like that its still basically an origianal machine.  Heck, you can change it around to a new flavor in another 10 years.  How about a Frosty Root Beer?

That's a great job.  Glad to see you left it as a generic 81 instead of fabricating something.
