That is a Stoner 180 with the gum/mint wheel.  I have one similar to it but it has not been restored yet.  In this market it is hard to say what anything is worth.  That machine looks to be in good shape with a nice paint job assuming the mark between the pulls and the gum wheel is from the flash.  I watch for Stoners all the time and the last one listed on E-Bay for $500 did not sell.

The E-Bay machine while complete and straight was in need of a clean-up and paint job.  If the guy is saying make me an offer I would offer $300 as a starting point and see where it goes.  If you really want it I guess it is up to you as to how high you will go. happydrinkers

That is a 9-pull and the 180 is an 8-pull.
I don't know what to say about worth. I think Curtis just posted that the 9-pulls are heavy and a hard sell. I'd wait for a Junior or 180.

I see these listed all the time for $100-$150. I also see them listed for more. I know where there are several cigarette machines like this for $50 each. I think these are 60's-70's machines and the other Stoners are older.
