In my VMC manual, the drip pan, wick and wick rod is the same for the VMC-44 as for the VMC-27/33 (probably the VMC-72 as well).
I would bet the V-44 is the same as the VMC-44.
Thought it might broaden your search a little.

Zadd I probably have what you need, let me check tomorrow and will PM you with what I have.  Also Tom is correct, the drip pan and wick rod are the same for Vendo/VMC 44 as they are for the VMC 27/33 but I'm pretty sure I have those and the trim at the very least...
