Since my vend motor went out on my WC102MD and there are no replacements Ive been looking for another machine. I like this style of machine (see link) cause id be able to use cans in it but what would I be looking at if I were to pick one up at a good price that says it doesnt cool. Im no expert at this but I do know it could be anything from a thermostat to the compressor being shot. Just need some advice on this......or should I just break down and buy one fully working once one comes up at a decent price.

P.S. - If anyone in Texas has a machine similar to this style they are looking to sell please let me know. Id rather buy from someone here.

USS machines are great since they vend basically any type of bottle/can.  The price isn't too bad, but if you offered $100 it might take it.  One option might be to take the cooling deck from the Westy and drop it in the Cavalier, both should be pretty similar.

That is the one good thing about my Westy.....It cools great and runs like a champ so if it could be swapped out easily then that would be perfect.

I would in a heart beat but the fact that they say that its not running and needs a new compressor kinda scares me.

Go get it for $100. You will find a donor cooling unit for it in no time.

Well they finally after 4 days got back to me and its gone. Not a huge deal since machines like this seem to pop up all the time. Thanks to those who responded to let me know it wont be that hard to replace the compressor if needed.
