If you can't find one, what about cutting the full metal frame that you have and adding some angle brackets on the inside to hold a piece of plexi with the Corona decals on it?

Also, the USS and CSS signs are interchangeable, this one should work: http://www.ebay.com/itm/COCA-COLA-DRINK-MACH-BY-CAVALIER-CSS-12-96-SIGN-WITH-FRAME-/270913017237?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item3f13ac9595

Nice, thanks...  I feel stupid for not searching for the CSS model now...
Going to keep that bookmarked, but hopefully Ron (cokecolaman) has what I need so I can help support my fellow board members.

Also, while it's fresh in my mind...  I would like to remove the levelers and replace them with locking wheels or castors of some sort.
Has anyone here done something like this?  Any tips...

The 96 is a tall machine and that is just what it may do - tip! I'd be wary doing that. Are you really going to be moving it around THAT much?
A dolly works just fine for the occasional relocation IMO.

I think we all want to see updated pics on the progress.

Thanks,  I am going to make some changed based on some of the things you have done to yours.
