Just picked this up today!   1951 Wurlitzer 1400, never did one before but always wanted a jukebox!!
Totally complete, cabinet in great shape and the price was just too incredible to pass on....
Believe this will be my biggest challange yet???

Congrats and welcome to the club!

I love the 1400.  I had one almost completed, but sold it to  finance another project. There are many jukebox owners here, A juke looks so good next to to a pop machine, so please keep us in the loop of your progress

Sweet Juke, love the vintage ones with all the nice chrome, lights and  wood.
Specially those that your can see the records actually playing!

I have the same juke but have not touched it since I picked it up - plays but needs cosmetic restoration.  Post plenty of pics as you redo this one and congrats on your pickup.

Not a darn thing wrong with a 1400.
Congrats on a great score!
It will just be some cleaning and a new needle and you will be good to go.

Don't forget to  recap the amp and make the wiring isn't brittle. And the pilasters  on the 1400 are  harder to find than a RC  81. YOurs look like they were Wico repops, regardless, don't let them crack or break Smiley
