I restored my first vendo 110 and first coke machine in one woohoo. I do have a quick question though. I replaced both fan motors and wiring harness for the unit. The unit cools fine and the compressor fan shuts off and on when needed. Does the evap fan constantly stay on 24/7? I believe I was told it does but I just want to make sure.

The evaporator fan should run constant to keep cold air circulating inside the cabinet of the machine.  Nice looking machine!

Yes it does.  The air need to circulate inside the cooler.
