Pepsi cola cooler identification

Hi any help would be appreciated. i am trying to identify the year of a Pepsi Cola cooler. The only name plate info on it says Pepsi Cola 4128 Long Island City,NY. I have never seen one just like this but would be interested in knowing more about it

Hi,
I found out what this is it's a Heintz cooler no compressor ice only model from the 1940's. Now that I know that how rare is it???
