Another Older (?) Coke Sign

Hey all, any thoughts from the sign experts on this sign? Is it real, and if so, what's a fair price on it? Not sure of condition on the other side yet, but this side looks pretty nice. It does have the trademark info on the tail of the 'C', so I would think it's older. Appreciate any advice...Thanks!

foriegn? io've sen those colors from signs from Quebec/montreal.

Joey's right, Canadian sign, made late 40's, porcelain.. prices have dropped alot of signs, perfect condition, they used to bring 450-500, now 300 or so.. if in good shape..
nice looking from photos.
