Hello Everyone;
Just wanted to share this picture of a few machines that I finished the last couple of months. It's not often that you get to take a picture like this. It'll probally not happen again in my shop. The Coke machine is for sale, and the RC machine was done for a friend, and the Pepsi is sold. If anyone ever gets a chanct to restore an RC 81 I now have all the graphic work done, so I can make the decal to match the front embossment, and also the side, and the RC on the bottle door. I also have the original paint code for the yellow used on the RC. I had to wear my sunglasses  Cool while I restored it. That thing is Bright Yellow. Janet and I are l@@king forward to meeting everyone again at the Chicago show.

They are out there, but a little higher in the rough than the coke 81's. A Pepsi 81 in the rough will probally run you around $2,500. But there are bargins out there if you l@@k long enough.

Being a newbie, I am not familiar with the Chicago show. Can anyone fill me in on the details? Is there a website for the show?

Thanks

The Pepsi blue PPG I used on my Vmc 27 was taken from a Prophet formula ( meaning they matched the original color. That was a PPG Shopline # 190015.
For my VMC 81 I used Dupont # 7621A
Hope this helps.

Are these codes still accurate?  I called my paint supplier he had the Shop line in the system but the DuPont wasn't in the system.  I know this is an old post.
