Resto help

hi all, new to the site.  i recently aquired a machine (shell of a machine is a beter description) and would like to restore her.  it's a vendorlator, model vf56b-k, serial 37665b56aa.  it has 7 vending slots, triple pane glass door, and looks like it had a lighted sign in the uper right corner.  the bottom is a slotted aluminium plate that says vendorlator.  from what i have found, this is a vendo 56-b.  the bad news is that it is missing the entire cooling and coin systems, although the wiring harness is mostly complete and has a schematic under the door to help with what IS missing.  i will post a pic of a machine that looks just like mine only prettier.  any help with parts, books, value, sources, etc would be greatly appreciated.  thanks in advance.
