New (to me anyway!) vendo junior.  My question is does anyone know what the small plate with the number 2 on it means?  It's on the upper right of the pic.  Thanks in advance!

My guess would be some type of identifying tag that was put on the machine by the Coca Cola distributor who had this machine as part of their vending fleet.

I agree, sounds like a distribution ID number. This machine is #2 of lets just say 25 machines they service or own.
