Title: Westy WD 10 Done
Post by: SIGNGUY on April 17, 2012, 09:06:30 am
Just wrapped this one up this weekend and it's on the trailer on the way to the new owners...
first WD 10 I did and sure turned out pretty nice looking... I love all the embossing on this.. and so did my painter... :glare:

5 coke logos, 3 ice colds and 2 have  cokes.... all hand painted... that was a fun check to write out! :upside:

but can't deny the results... pretty sharp cooler...

What was the cost of the hand lettering?

What a shine!   Is that a base/clear paint job?

you did good John, I'm not a big fan of coolers, but  I'd so welcome that in my bar

Thanks for the comments guys..

I was in the same mindset, until I saw one redone , I'm hooked now... they look great! I actually went out and picked up a WE 6 that I'm converting to a dry chest as I like them soo much now for reach in coolers,, more more "BLING" and capacity than the slider without the rack.
What a shine!   Is that a base/clear paint job?
Yes base and clear... nice shine!
What was the cost of the hand lettering?
5 logos, 3 ice colds and 2 have a cokes... 650.00 to the sign painter for those babies but they are drop dead perfect!

I didn't get a good shot of the insides for some reason , or can't find the picture.. but also rebuilt a new liner and Evap Shroud cover out of new galvanized and really made it shine!  here is one shot of it after I put it in...before breaker strips and gaskets..

I paid $310.00 cash for my WD-10.

It looks awesome John!! So much lettering it took my guy about 2.5 hours!
