Do you have to remove the hinges or can you pop out the pin like on door hinges?

I may be wrong but I am pretty sure the door just lifts off. Just pick up the main door and it just comes off of the hinges.

Yep...wiggle & lift! Some doors are pretty stubborn!

It may be a little easier if you open the door all the way, then wiggle and lift as mentioned previously...

My six cents,

open it all the way, and lift while swinging it back and forth... sometiems the hinges get bent, and will need some force to get it off, but it will lift off eventually it's the only way they are put on.

Be careful tho if you have the compressor and the rset of the guts out as this will be front heavy and may have a tendancy to tip on you. I've had it happen a few times and been caught off guard not thinking when re-assembling and painting.

As rusty as your machine was, you might think about just removing the hinge from the cabinet and door as one piece - it unbolts from the inside. You might have an easier time this way of separating the two halves.
