Title: VMC 44 Crank Handle Reinstall
Post by: magpies35 on January 13, 2016, 08:49:06 am
I have a VMC 44 that I cranked the vend handle half a turn counterclockwise to open the front door.  I unpinned the handle to get it chrome plated and when I went to reinstall it, it has now dropped down to a three quarter turn counterclockwise and I cannot get it to turn clockwise to get it back to the original position to vend. It's jammed and will not turn in either direction.  Do I need to take off the coin mechanism or is there an easier way to un-jam it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Matt

If you did not take the parts out of the inside of the handle before plating, they are now frozen stuck with chrome.
Time for the big tools.
