I'm sure it's salvageable, but at what cost?
Edit: I was thinking maybe $30 it would make a neat planter for out back, but it's further away than I thought.

I would take the one side end, cut it off, and restore just that one side, and hang it on the wall like a picture.
The back side you could weld a metal 1/16 plate.

I like the planter idea too, but it might look a bit ghetto, unless you painted it say in some funky colours.

Any way you look at it, for 30 bucks, I'd take it.

Yeah, but it is a little over 2 hours away and $30 was my thought, not the seller's.

      Buy it for $30.00, spend $1K to $2K to restore it and it will bring maybe $400.00 max at re-sale.
