Guys, I've got an opportunity to purchase this Pepsi Jacobs 56 for $2200. It is original, but is complete and works. Seems like a pretty great deal to me.

It looks to be in decent condition for 2200.00. I would take it. As long as it is truly complete. Take a good look at the lense for burns from the bulbs and any cracks. Those are hard to find and I don't think there's a repro for it. If you've only seen pictures I'd be careful only because they all look good in pics. In person is the best way to look at it. If you cant, have them take a video or more angles of it. Good luck. Looks good from my house. LOL

Few dents here and there, but that's expected....
Looks like all is there from the outside.  Get a pic of the insides.

The lens looks to be in WAY too good of shape for the condition of the machine, and yes, they do make a repo of the lens (about 250.00)
If all there, and even if the lens is a repo (if it's not, then BONUS) I would say 2200 is a GREAT price for that machine!

For $2,200 I'd buy it. Think about it, you'll never find one for cheaper.

Buy it.  I have turned down $3500 for my original  They are very cool machines.

Soda Jerk Works  Has Them They used mine a  Templet to make them .

That's good to know. I didn't think there were any repros out there.
