Hey guys,

I'm usually on here reading but not posting.  I have acquired a few parts machines over the years and was wondering if the refrigeration system from a vendo 56 would fit into a USS-64 without modification.  I know Josh would know.

BTW - I am the proud owner of the famous Josh Loman Frosty Root Beet Cavalier CS-64.  Its been moved from Florida to Denver and now sits on display in our rec room. . . still a beautiful piece of work!

Thanks, Pluto

Well welcome to the site!! I don't know if you know but I am now living in Singapore. I moved here about two years ago. The cooling system in a V-56 will not fit in a Cavalier without some major modification. The cooling lines on a v-56 run from the condenser coil to the evaporator coil on the left and the cooling line on a Cavalier run on the right. Also the Evaporator coil on a Vendo is taller than a cavalier so the bottom shelf would not be able to be used. Keep an eye on ebay and you will find a trashed cavalier that you can swap the system from. All of the 64 models have the same cooling system.  Good luck. I am happy to hear that you are happy with the frosty machine. That was my favorite machine. I almost didn't let it go.
