WIll the bottle door on a square top Cavalier 96 work on an older round top Cavalier 96?

I have a USS-96 Cavalier  and measured the bottle door it's  L=43 1/2  W=8 3/4"  D=1 1/8"

The USS will not fit 100% guaranteed but while I am not positive I am pretty sure the CS and CSS-96 doors are the same as the round tops.
