Well I just bought a very clean Seeburg C off of a dealer for $750 and it is a more desirable box than the G. Where are you located again?

If you want the red indian glass make me an offer. I don't really want it as it doesn't go with the pump. I am not going to restore the pump. I think it will end up on ebay probably tomorrow. How do I tell if it is the original globe holder?

I guess it depends on who is offering.

I think a Seeburg G is more desirable than a "C" You can add color wheel and plisters and it has a stepper unit for the wall boxes. I have a "G" and if i had to buy one again it would be a "G" and that's what you have. The only reason that is popular is it was on Happy Days the 1st season.

My two cents

Ruben, it would be hard to make an offer on one picture.. It hasn't been played for years,  is anything missing inside, and that's why it's coated in an inch of dist?   Can't tell how good or bad the chrome is pitted, and it appears  the record mech is there, well at least the cover.
I The last two G's I bought in approximately the same condition, I paid less than 700 each for. The market is very soft right now, but being on the west coast, you may  sell it for a better price. Again, it depends what's missing and what the rest of the machine looks like, inside and out.

Shipping to Detroit wouldn't make it economical for me.

kilroy-it looks to be complete-except for a side broken glass -in the back when you open the back cover the speaker there i have not seen the inside in a while it might have renter in there--if you would like more pic i can pull it out and dust it off-  i know the market is soft-but i thought i post a pic on here never have offered for sale
it been in that container--and your not that much off of what i was thinking it was worth..--not sure what it cost to ship--but i just got 3- clock face heavy gas pumps from penn. ship to ca.  525.00 to my door .
thanks for the imput

I didn't mean any offense by my post. I just mean that I don't like to just make an offer because of course a buyer is always going to start low and it usually ends up offending the seller. I was just saying I prefer someone to just come out and say what they want for it because after all I am sure you have a number in mind.

I was just kidding around too Josh! Didn't mean it in a bad way at all - just thought it funny the contrast of statements.

No problem. I just hate it when people put things on craigslist and say make me an offer and when you do they get so offended that they wont talk to you anymore. As a buyer of course your first offer is going to be very low hoping you can get a deal. Then if the seller is not happy with the low offer they counter offer. For some reason this just doesn't happen anymore. Ruben I am not in any way saying you would be like that. I guess I am just ranting. Sorry for taking over your thread. I expect you will do best on ebay.

Hey, it gave us all a chuckle... Josh has been on the site forever and it looks like Ruben's going to be sticking around for a while too..

Wish I had a container full of jukeboxes that I didn't know what they looked like...Wish I had a container full of anything...

It looks like a neat machine but I don't have the money for it or the room and if I got it my roommate would kill me. He allready told me the pepsi machine is pushing it.

I'm  interested in knowing what else you got, but  the fun fund is busted right now, and too many projects demanding my time.
Don't lose hope, you can make some coin with the right buyer, the fact it's been untouched and looks all original works in your favor.  And I think, l the market will bounce back, like a round top, there will always be a market for the classics
