After looking at the picture again it appears to be a standard. They are fairly easy to obtain on the sign your best be would be to find a pepsi book and see if you can find one in there.

Like Joey said, the cooler is the easiest to find.  You could
start on the sign today.  Someone here can give you a dimension.
The Pepsi logo can be copied for transfer onto a metal sign and
the "Quality / Quantity" are standard letters so they are easy.
The Westinghouse will have embossed letters so the sign will not lay flat.  May I suggest :  Since you are also trying to duplicate
the raised ridge around the outside of the sign, maybe weld some
metal tubing around the outside as a frame. This will also keep the metal level with the raised letters underneath.

I think it would be fun to say " Here is the cooler in the picture"

Like you said the standard is a common machine. Just pound the embossing in with a hammer. That  is most likely what Pepsi did. You could even cut the embossing out and weld in a flat piece and then you wouldn't even need a sign. You would have a generic westinghouse standard. Just have the vinyl Pepsi sign made.

double dot and paint it up they were about the same size
as a standard/master....
Actually there's one on eBay now up North..

Would this be the machine?  How often do these come around?  Doesn't look like this has the lids.
